Mr. Hossain Jabbar formed our parent company, the FMS Group, in 1995. Mr. Jabbar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Life Underwriter Training Council graduate. Hossain has both the Series 6 and Series 63 Investment License, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, is a Registered Mortgage Broker in the State of New York and is a professional Tax Advisor and Auditor.

Having run a successful business providing services covering Business Accounting, Financial Services, Immigration Services, Insurance Services, Foreign Investment, Income Tax, Loan Modification and Mortgage services, Mr. Jabbar formed, FMS Foundation in 2010 to provide very similar services to low income and special needs populations.

The FMS Foundation received its 501(c)(3) status from the IRS and has emerged as a national nonprofit community service organization since 2017.
